The rumored Canon EF 35mm f/1.4L II lens is making news all over as the image and the specs have been leaked at Digicame-Info. This is a sign that the lens is about to be officially launched in the market.

If the rumors are to be believed, the new Canon EF 35mm f/1.4L II lens measure 105.5mm long, compared to 86.4mm length of the current 35mm lens. The rumored lens weigh 760g, compared to 580g of its predecessor.

There are still no indications about the launch price of the new Canon EF 35mm f/1.4L II lens, but considering the price tag of Canon EF 35mm f/1.4L USM lens ($1500), this one should cost something around $2000.
