The Great Indian Photographer 2018, also known as #TGIP2018 is a photography contest which is open for a hobbyist as well as a professional photographer. The objective of this photography contest is to bring together the talented photographers of India on a single platform. This will allow the viewers to witness amazing photos clicked by all the talented photographers including you.

The winner gets to win a Xiaomi Mijia 4k Action Camera. This is not a brand sponsored contest, the prize is being given by The Photography Blogger Youtube Channel.

Eligibility Criteria

1. The contest is open to the citizens of India only
2. You must be at least 13 years of age in order to participate

How to Participate

1. Participate in The Great Indian Photographer 2018 #TGIP2018 contest by following the steps mentioned in the content widget placed below
2. You must Subscribe to ‘The Photography Blogger‘ Youtube channel and watch the video in order to increase your winning chances
3. You must Follow @the.photography.blogger on Instagram
4. You MUST FIRST upload your photos on your own Instagram or Facebook profile
5. While uploading photos YOU MUST USE #TGIP2018 and #ThePhotographyBlogger hashtags
6. Then select the photo uploaded with #TGIP2018 and #ThePhotographyBlogger hashtags using the widget below
7. You can UPLOAD MULTIPLE photos, there is no limit
8. You can SHARE the contest video (LINK) with your friends

What Kind of Photos to Upload

1. You can upload photos on the following themes:
   1. Landscape Photography
   2. Portrait Photography
   3. Street Photography
   4. Wedding Photography
   5. Architecture Photography
2. Photo entries can be clicked from any camera, be it a DSLR, Mirrorless or a Smartphone camera
3. The photograph should not have your watermark on it
4. You shall be asked for the original photo as well as the high-resolution photo uploaded as an entry

2. The winner will be selected on the basis of votes, composition and overall look of the photo
