Sony has announced its newest ‘fit-in-your-pocket’ camera the superzoom Cyber-shot RX10 III.
This latest offering from Sony comes with a 1 inch 20.1 MP CMOS Sensor and a 25X Zeiss Vario-Sonnar ultra-telephoto zoom lens. This f/2.4-4 lens offers an astonishing focal range of 24-600mm (35mm equivalent).
At the heart of the Sony RX10 III is a BIONZ X processor and a DRAM chip, for extra memory. Coupled together, these 2 components present an ‘ultra-wide’ choice of shooting options before the users.
One such option is the availability of capturing ultra-slow motion videos upto 1000 FPS.
As it became a trend for cameras released post-2014, this shooter also comes equipped with 4K /UD video recording, and a brilliant ISO range of ISO 64-12,800.
Sony claims that the RX10 III has a super fast autofocus of just 0.09 seconds. This claim, if proven to be true, would undoubtedly make the camera one of the best to shoot action, sports & wildlife.
