Beth Moon, a photographer based out of San Francisco, California, has been on the hunt to explore the world’s oldest trees present on the planet Earth since the past 14 years. Her passion and determination to capture some of the oldest trees through her lenses has made her travel all around the globe, even the most remote areas.

She could photograph these old as the hills trees only because these gifts of nature came from the mountain areas and some ofthe protected lands, out of the reach of the humans and the civilization.

You must be thinking, How did she manage to click these old trees located in unexplored places?

Well, Beth Moon decided to photograph these world’s oldest trees based on some important criteria such as age and the historical significance of the trees, along with an in-depth research.
