Here is a great news for all the Nikon DSLR lovers out there! Yongnuo is about to launch their much-awaited and rumored Yongnuo AF-S 50mm f/1.8 lens. The lens was recently spotted at the display in Shanghai at the Photo & Imaging 2015 exhibition, as reported by the Chinese news website Sina Technology.
In late 2014, Yongnuo had made the news all over the world by launching their very first DSLR lens Yongnuo 50mm f/1.8 lens for Canon, entering the market as a clone to one of the most used lenses by Canon DSLR camera owners, Canon 50mm f/1.8 II EF mount prime lens. This pocket-friendy lens costs less than $60, as compared to the Canon’s $120 lens. Taking this example, the same costing is expected for the Nikon lens variant.

This affordable lens bears all-metal body, which is definitely a plus point considering it’s low cost.
As reported, this lens features an AF-S focus motor and comes with the closest focusing distance of 0.45m.
